Public association “Ukrainian Culinary Union” with Kyiv National University of Trade and Economics and Aegean Professional Association of Chefs (EPAD), invites professionals and juniors in the culinary and confectionery art, restaurant service and sommelier to participate in International Contest of Restaurant Technologies BestCookFest-2018, which will be held October 4-6, 2018 at the premises of Kyiv National Trade and Economic University (Kyiv, 19, Kyoto Str.).

The contest programme includes competitions in culinary art, restaurant service and sommelier competitions by nominations: individual and practical classes, art class, restaurant service and sommelier class.

To get information about categories (nominations) and conditions of participation in each of them, go to the conditions of participation.

You must fill in the registration form for participation. The completed application automatically indicates the party’s agreement to comply with all requirements of this document. Participants should have specification of the process (recipes) with the name of the dish in Ukrainian and English.

The deadline for filing applications is September 17, 2018. After this period the application for participation is not accepted. The priority order will be applied to the categories, taking into account the date of submission of the registration application. Schedule of the competition will be made after systematization of all applications (one week before the Contest). The Organizer has the right to cancel any category, as well as to reduce or increase the number of declared contestants.

The Organizer has the right to modify, change or add any of the above rules and conditions.
