OCTOBER 22-24th WILL BE HELD THE 6th INTERNATIONAL CONTEST OF INNOVATIVE RESTAURANT TECHNOLOGIES «BESTCOOKFEST-2019»
Ukrainian Culinary Union with Hotel & Restaurant Complex “Bukovynska Zirka”, Tourist & Hotel complex «Sonyachna Dolyna», Kyiv National University of Trade and Economics invites professionals and juniors in the culinary and confectionery art to participate in the 6th International Contest of Innovative Restaurant Technologies «BestCookFest-2019», which will be held October 22-24, 2019 at the Tourist & Hotel complex «Sonyachna Dolyna» (Chernivtsi city, Boyany village, 3, Lisova Str.).
The contest programme includes competitions in culinary art competitions by nominations: individual and practical classes, art class.
Competition awards: gold, silver, bronze medals, Сups: BestChefTeam-2019 Grand Prix; BestJuniorChefTeam-2019 Grand Prix; BestShef-2019; BestJuniorShef-2019; BestCulinarySchool-2019; BestChefTeam-2019; ArtClass; BestBorschTeam-2019 for the winners of the festival, diplomas for all participants.

You must fill in the registration form for participation. The completed application automatically indicates the party’s agreement to comply with all requirements of this document. All applications must be sent with a specification of the process (recipes) with the name of the dish in Ukrainian and English, for foreigners – in English.
The deadline for filing applications is October 1st, 2019. After this period the application for participation is not accepted. The priority order will be applied to the categories, taking into account the date of submission of the registration application. Schedule of the competition will be made after systematization of all applications (one week before the Contest). The Organizer has the right to cancel any category, as well as to reduce or increase the number of declared contestants.
The Organizer has the right to modify, change or add any of the above rules and conditions.

Send copies of receipts on payment in nominations to the e-mail of contact persons for each nomination.
Accommodation cost in the hotel – 200 ₴ per person per day in double and triple standard rooms (breakfast and dinner not included in the cost).
Meal Fee (Swedish line):
- breakfast (200 ₴ per person per day);
- dinner (200 ₴ per person per day).
